Event Time
This is the occurrence time of the event (when it happened), not when it was submitted or processed. Enter the date and optional time in your local timezone. The system will convert it to UTC on submit. If time is omitted, it defaults to 12:00.

Classification & Location

Attack Type & Where
These are enumerated choices that classify the event. Attack Type categorizes the nature of the event (e.g., Cyber, InfoOps, Kinetic). Where indicates the domain where it occurred (Air, Land, Sea, Undersea). Both use strict validation; only predefined values are accepted.

Track ongoing investigations, updates, arrests, official statements, and secondary impacts by country. This enables tracking of event evolution and responses.
