Areas affected include Baltiysk and Zelenogradsk (Kaliningrad), various Finnish islands (Jähi, Sommers, Holland, Rodsher, Maly Tyuters, Vigrund, Narva River entrance), and on the Lithuanian border, the Curonian Spit and the Cape Taran region.
