Latvian Television reported on January 14.

All criminal proceedings have been initiated for one. The guilty person has been identified and arrested. We have not established the motive, but there are two obvious parallel probes.

The museum said its staff believe that attacks on the Occupation Museum in Old Riga are reported to one extent or another, while the attacks on the Corner House are photo documented, showing the actual picture.

We do not see a single crime or system pattern that specifically targets the Museum of the Occupation.
