Baltic pro-Russian activists Antanas Kandrotas and Aleksejs Rosļikovs fled to Belarus after facing legal charges in Lithuania and Latvia, respectively. In Belarus, they appeared on state media promoting Kremlin-aligned propaganda narratives denouncing Lithuania’s policies and rewriting history, particularly regarding May 9 Victory Day celebrations. Their coordinated activities include organizing pro-Russian movements across Baltic countries, attending banned events, and maintaining ties with Belarusian and Russian officials. Lithuanian security services link their actions to ongoing Kremlin influence operations aimed at destabilizing Baltic societies through disinformation and provocations. The activists share common propaganda themes such as opposing Baltic governments, criticizing Ukraine support, and advancing narratives about persecution of Russian speakers.
