Detentions included Moldovan and Ukrainian nationals, with migrants of Asian origin and individuals without valid travel documents, visas, or residence permits. The incidents occurred near the Belarus-Latvia border, involving vehicle stops in Andrupene Parish, Rezekne Municipality, Skrudalienas Parish, and Vecsaliene Parish.
