On January 1, 2026, Polish-language social media platforms experienced a surge of AI-generated videos featuring women rhetorically questioning "What has the EU ever done for us?" and demanding that Poland immediately leave the European Union. These videos appear designed to spread disinformation and foment anti-EU sentiment among Polish audiences. The use of AI-generated personas for propaganda represents a novel and emerging form of hybrid warfare targeting societal and political cohesion. The videos were posted on platforms such as TikTok, as seen in screenshots, with women wearing Polish national symbols to increase persuasive impact. This appears to constitute a coordinated information operation aiming to destabilize Polish public opinion towards the EU.
